  • Swimming and walking are ideal for pregnant woman
  • Go to exercise classes but make sure that the instructor is qualified to train the pregnant women
  • Try to exercise three times a week as long as you feel comfortable
  • Drink plenty of water and avoid exercising in hot weather and high humidity
  • Stop exercising if you feel discomfort, nausea or vomiting
  • Consult your attending physician for proper fitness exercise
